Healthcare Management Control (HMC)
or you can access their web page using the link below:
On this website you can:
- Provide us with your Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial insurance information
- Sign the appropriate release of information and assignment of benefits forms
- Make payment on your bill with your credit card
- Contact the Healthcare Management Control billing office with questions
