London Britain Township held a large celebration in Nichol Park Saturday, celebrating the 300th Anniversary of the township. A large crowd gathered for the all day event, featuring craft displays, food trucks, antique cars and fun and games for kids and adults.

Also featured was an open house at the WGFC's station located in the park. Under the WGFC's large American Flag flying from Ladder 22, the fire company offered tours of the fire station, and displayed Engine 22-3, Tanker 22, Engine 22-1, and an ambulance, along with Antique 22. Kids got to climb in the fire trucks and there was information about fire safety available for takeaway.

Also joining us at Station 222 were our partners from the Avondale Fire Company who displayed Squad 23, and a paramedic unit from Medic 94.
