WGFC was called to assist the Singerly Fire Company of Elkton with this working commercial building fire, with Ladder 22 and Tanker 22 responding.
Fire heavily damaged units in this multi-use commercial building.
This was a two-alarm fire.

West Grove Fire Company firefighters assisted the Singerly Fire Company of Elkton today on a commercial structure fire.
Ladder 22 and Tanker 22 responded on the fire, joining companies from Oxford, and across Cecil County and New Castle County to assist on the call on Blueball Road.
WGFC firefighters were committed for several hours. While that call was underway, WGFC units also handled an auto accident on Corby Road in Penn Township with an ambulance and Squad 22 (formerly Rescue 22).
