At 2037 hours the Chester County Fireboard alerted Station 27 (Cochranville) for a working house fire called in by the West Fallowfield Township police department. Engine 27-2 arrived on scene to report a double wide modular home with fire showing. Engine 22 was alerted at 2101 hours to transfer into Station 27 to cover their district. Engine 22 had a crew on station and marked up moments after the dispatch with a crew of four volunteers. Engine 33-5 was clearing a fire in the Station 35 area and joined Engine 22 at Station 27. Minutes after backing into Station 27, Command requested an additional engine for manpower and Engine 22 made the response to the fire ground.

Once on scene at the fire ground the crew assisted with overhaul operations of the Alpha side, tree clearing for Ladder 8 and assisted in picking up two handlines from Engine 8-2. The crew returned to Station 27 after operating at the fire for over an hour. Once back in Station 27 the crew gave a helping hand to the members of 27 in getting their trucks back in service by cleaning and packing hose. Engine 22 went available just after 0100 hours on 1/31/2015.
