On Tuesday October 7th, West Grove Fire Company was dispatched to assist Oxford on a house fire. While Engine 22 and Engine 12 were enroute, Avondale was dispatched for a building fire. Once it was determined that the Oxford call could be handled by Station 21 and 27 the West Grove units were redirected to assist Avondale on the building fire in New Garden Township. Dispatch information stated that the building on fire was a maintenance garage at Saint Anthony in the Hills with exposure to (4) 50' trailers. Ladder 22 was the first West Grove unit to arrive on scene. After arriving on scene, Ladder 22 set up the aerial. Engine 12 followed soon after and established water supply from Tanker 24's porta-tank which supplied water to the scene. Other West Grove units on scene were Tanker 22 and Engine 22. All West Grove units were clear from the scene at 1700 hours.

Thank You to Bart Fire company for covering the West Grove local during the fire.
