The WGFC would like to congratulate past EMS Chief Chuck Foy Jr. and his wife Vicki on the birth of their daughter Isabella Lee Foy. Isabella was born on September 3rd at Chester County hospital weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. and measuring 20.5" in length.
