At 0901 hours, the WGFC was alerted to an auto-accident at the intersection of Corby Road and Route 896. Ambulance 22-2 made the response shortly after dispatch. Chester County Fire Board gave a report to the ambulance crew that the caller heard the crash but had no further information. The county also had a second caller that was on-scene with 1 car off the side of the road and reporting no injuries. Ambulance 22-1 then made the response. At 0907 hours, Brush 12 and Rescue 22 made the response. Ambulance 22-1 was first to arrive on-scene confirming the second callers report of 1 car off the side of the road, but adding the car was into a guardrail. They checked the patient for injuries and gave the patient a bandage for a cut on their finger and received a sign-off that the patient did not want to be transported to the hospital. Rescue 22 arrived as well as Brush 12 and secured the battery to the vehicle. The tow truck arrived and pulled the vehicle from the guardrail. All crews went available at 0946 hours.
