WGFC Marks the Passing of John Gain

The West Grove Fire Company has noted the passing of life member John Gain. John served the department and the community as a volunteer firefighter, rising to the level of Assistant Chief before then serving for many years as the company's Treasurer.

In addition to firefighting, John served the Commonwealth of PA proudly as a member of the State Police, ultimately retiring as a Sergeant from Troop J, Avondale Barracks in 1997.

We honor his service to our community.
