WGFC Elects 2024 Officers

West Grove Fire Company held its annual meeting last evening and the membership held elections for officers for 2024.

The fire company is pleased and proud to announce the re-election of President Neil Vaughn and Fire Chief Eric Felker. Also elected as administrative officers were:

Vice President - Dave Talley
Secretary - Bill Wohl
Membership Secretary - Kim Miller
Treasurer - Katherine Doochack
Trustee - Dan Ford
Delegate to the State Convention - Steve Flegal
Alternate Delegate to the State Convention - John Chambers

The Membership elects the full slate of Administrative Officers and the Fire Chief at the December monthly meeting. The Chief is then responsible for appointing the rest of the Line Officers. Those positions will be announced shortly. All of these Officers will serve from January 1 through December 31, 2024, and are to be congratulated on their election/appointment -- and commitment to service of the community.

The WGFC Fireman's Relief Association membership separately elects their leadership. Those officers elected were:

President, Steve Flegal
Vice President, Tom Glass
Secretary, Lisa Glass
Treasurer, Jeff Simpson
Trustee, Mike Miller

WGFC thanks the volunteers who served in elected and appointed offices during 2023, and, in particular, acknowledges the service of Tom Glass as Vice President and Jim Malone as Trustee who are completing their official duties as administrative officers as the year comes to a close.
