The West Grove Fire Company is always appreciative of the support received from the community. That support helps our volunteers and staff stay focused on our mission to provide fire, rescue, and EMS services to the area, and feel appreciated as well.

Recently, as part of an Eagle Scout project, Andrew Russell built two very nice park benches. Eagle Scout candidates will nearly always have a community project as part of their journey to Eagle status. Andrew has now donated the two park benches to the fire company and they have been installed at the New London Station.

Interestingly, the benches become part of an outdoor patio and grilling area, a patio that was constructed by another Eagle Scout candidate, Chris Miller (who is a volunteer with the WGFC).
