The West Grove Fire Company is being featured on a web-based video series known as Hometown Heroes. Hosted by paramedic and Chester County firefighter Mike Borrello, the series provides a look at fire companies with video tours of stations and apparatus. A dedicated YouTube channel has been established for the Heroes Next Door series.

In the newest episode, Mike tours the three fire stations that make up Station 22, the West Grove Fire Company. With an inside look at the stations in West Grove, New London and London Britain, the 23 minute program delves into a variety of topics, including WGFC's history, operations, fleet and progressive approach to working with local municipalities, managing fiscal responsibility, training first responders and developing a 25-year apparatus replacement program.

The video will now be a powerful tool that can be used by the WGFC to recruit new members, and to help the community better understand the fire company's operations.
