On June 25, 2018, WGFC Volunteers participated in vehicle rescue training at Station 122 in New London. Members reviewed vehicle hazards, scene assessment, vehicle stabilization and extrication procedures. Utilizing various Hurst hydraulic extrication equipment, groups practiced door removal, roof removal, and dash roll/lift techniques.
