Throughout the course of its 100+ year history, the West Grove Fire Company has depended on the generosity of the community for donations to support its operations. Running a fire company is indeed an expensive undertaking, and the WGFC has had tremendous support from the residents and businesses located in our service area -- we always grateful for the community's help, which makes our ability to provide fire and EMS protection possible each year.

For the 2017-2018 school year, Engle Middle School students were given the opportunity to support a local charity and take pride in their school and community. Engle students selected the West Grove Fire Company and shared their choice during the 2017 Homecoming Parade.

Various activities at the school were held throughout the year to raise money and awareness for the fire company. On Wednesday, May 16, students were able to personally deliver a $250.00 donation to members of the West Grove Fire Company. The dreary skies did not diminish the smiles of everyone!

FSEMS students will not forget other local charities and will have the opportunity to support them in the coming school years. The members of the WGFC are most grateful for this special donation. Thank you FSEMS students for your support of the West Grove Fire Company. For more information on the fire company, see this website.
