WGFC was dispatched to the intersection of SR 896 and State Road for a two vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Asssistant-22 arrived on scene and assumed command. Fortunately there were no injuries to the occupants requiring transport to local health care facilities. Units on scene secured the damaged vehicles, assisted EMS with patient assessment and Fire Police with traffic control. Route 896 was very busy with vacation traffic this time of day. WGFC also covered two additional vehicle accidents over the course of the week.
