At 9:40 PM the WGFC was alerted to an auto accident in the 200 block of Parsons Road in London Britain Township. Ambulance 221, Engine 22-2, Rescue 22, and Engine 22-3 responded respectively. Arriving units reported a vehicle over the embankment overturned in a creek. Fortunately the operator of the vehicle was able to self-extricate from the Jeep. EMS personnel assessed the victim for injury and transported to Christiana Hospital for further evaluation. Engine and Rescue crews worked the hazards and lighting. West Grove Fire Police closed Parsons Road until the Jeep was removed. All units cleared by 10:40PM.
