Just wanted to say good luck to Chief Simpson. Also, many thanks for all that Retired Chief Chambers did for West Grove Fire Co. I have known John for many years and have seen what a great job he has done. I know he will be missed by all as Chief but I feel Chief Simpson will do a good job. Once again, thanks John for a great job and best wishes to Chief Simpson.
Congradulations to Chief Simpson on his appointment of chief. I am sure the department will be in great hands. Chief Chambers will be remembered for his dedication to the department and its volunteers. I have been honored to have known chief Chambers for only a short time of 2 years(1984-1985) and it was the experience of my life....Thank you Chief Chambers.

Just wanted to say Thank You to all of the volunteers in the West Grove Fire & rescue Dept. You guys do a fantastic job, I've seen you all in action TO MANY TIMES!! But have to say, every time I'm humbly impressed.
Also Thank you for everything you did for us personally in our MVA on 3/15. I'm not sure of the name of the medic who aided my daughter and I, but you were great! Thank you for keeping us calm during our trip to the ER!!

Very nice website! A job well done. Looking at all the pics brings back alot of memories. Being the daughter of the late Chief Jack Crawford and seeing him in some of the pics make me feel so proud of all my father did and what you guys are still doing today. It takes a special person and you guys/gals are it. Thanks for trip down memory lane!!
A member (J. Gain) showed us your site, it is well done, with more info than we have seen at any other site. Keep up the great job, and stay safe.

Great website. Really glad to see the history section and I will keep checking back to find out how you are making out with the restoration. Any idea where you are going to send it to.
Contact station 17 for info on where we had ours done.
Will keep checking back to see what's happening in the southern end of Chester County.
Great job on the new site guys. Looks like you get a lot of hits on it every day. And I can see that the spring 2006 Firefighter 1 class is well represented in your incident pictures. Keep up the good work and be safe.
As a past member (2nd Lt Ambulance Division back in the 80's) this is really a step-up from the old site.
The site design, content, and navigation are excellent. I took the opportunity to borrow some of your links to apply to the new design for the Avon Grove Regional Emergency Management website I am working on.
Like the ticker as well as the statistics -- very informative for the average citizen.
Don't forget to give credit to your photographer(s) on the pictures -- they are of high quality and really show the company in action.
Former member of West Grove back in '83 & "84. Chief Chambers, glad to see your still going strong. Thanks for what you all did for me while I was a member there. Great job on the site!

Great Website!!!!! Keep up the good work!!! Back in my days of fire fighting and running ambulance we were not fortunate enough to have these web sites. It shows the community just what goes on including fire and accident calls, parades and housing and just having a good time. So glad to have had the opportunity to be a part of great Station!!!!!! Sure miss the good old days in West Grove had a lots of fun there and now my son Fred G. Hill Jr is Asst Chief of Elkton MD. Fred was born and raised to age 4 while we were in West Grove, and then moved to Elkton! I will never forget some of the great times we had there and how my firefighting career started with West Grove (YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY BROTHERS AND SISTERS) I started in West Grove around 1971 then around 1978 I moved to Elkton and joined there! Was a member with Elkton till 1998 when I was put aside after breaking my back in 95! Fred Jr has it now and my prayers are for him and all firefighters every night, to protect and serve SAFELY! Every time West Grove is called to Cecil county now it brings it all back! Thanks West Grove, I loved that town! Glenn Hill Sr.
